Tan Thuan Phat Tissue Paper Production JSC was established in 2023 at Lot CN6, Van Phong Industrial Zone, Van Phong Commune, Nho Quan District, Ninh Binh Province, specializing in tissue jumbo roll production (toilet, facial, napkin and towel). It's one of the most modern and large-scale mills in Vietnam’s tissue industry, with a designed capacity of 90,000 tons per year and a total area of 59,000 m². Tissue products are produced to meet domestic consumption demand as well as export to international markets. Phase 1 of the factory began operation in September 2025, with a designed capacity of 5,000 tons per month. Total eight paper machines are 2 fourdrinier machines from Baosuo Enterprise Group and 6 cylinder machines from APK Vietnam CO., LTD.

On 12 Sep 2025, TAN THUAN PHAT PAPER PRODUCTION JSC and HUNG THINH KINH BAC CO., LTD. signed an exclusive distribution agreement. HTKB is the official exclusive distributor of TTP in both the Vietnamese and international markets. With a capable team, HTKB ensure that TTP’s tissue paper products are delivered to customers promptly and professionally.
